One of the best high end restaurants in Kiev. Located in an office building, this restaurant is beautiful with indoor and balcony seating (there's hookah smoking inside). Variety of gourmet food, great staff and cozy relaxing atmosphere. So you if want to smoke hookah and have a snack, and look at the “rich and famous” this is the place to go.
