Armenia is a small, former Soviet country nestled in the South Caucasus and flanked by their national enemies of Turkey, Azerbaijan. In the south, there is a small border with Iran, and in the north, there is a larger border with Georgia.

The islands are largely volcanic in nature and are covered in tropical rainforest and fertile soil, though most of the rainforest has been cleared.
